Enter the lobby (the door is usually unlocked) and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Directly in front of you as you step off the elevator you will see a door marked "Common Practice."

Restrooms are to the left as you exit the elevator, before you enter the suite.

In order to enter the suite, scroll down and click on my name on the electronic nameplate to the right of the door. I will be available to buzz you in 10 minutes before your session.

Take a seat in the small waiting area. I will come and greet you in time for the session.

Access your online session through your browser by clicking on the appointment link you received by email from my SecureVideo platform. That link brings you to my online waiting room. Please do not try to go through this portal.

When you arrive in my waiting room, the system will notify me that you are there. I will admit you to our session in just a few minutes.
